Power Drains on Epic

     Firstly, this is not anything about how power drains are useless, but about the change on our stuns and stifles on epic targets.  I first thought about it when I noticed the duration between ticks changes on our stuns for PvP.  The stun duration is lowered, but the power drain stays the same because of the change of the spell.  However, in the PvE there is no change but the duration is one third on epic mobs.  This might lead to only one or two ticks on our power drains.        I am not a number cruncher so I was wondering if anyone could verify this.  I know it won't mean much, but I think it would be nice to have the little things known too.p.s.  yes this is posted before going through logs and parses and such, so completely theoretical        -Niro

<p>Won't matter soon not sure if they are changing it on pvp but on fanfair sony stated they are removing all powerdraining abilitys because they are useless in pve</p>
