I'm interested in hearing some neat tricks for getting the most out of the Warlock Poison Debuffs?

I feel like many players place too much emphasis on parses, and don't pay a lot of attention to how well coordinated attacks can help the party as a whole.

I would like to hear who you like to group your warlocks with in order to get the most out of other classes' poisons, and disease. And what spells from other classes are particularly effective when taking advantage of the Warlock's Debuffs.

If I can help a Shadowknight do more damage himself and hold hate better, then I have helped the party even if it isn't reflected in a DPS parse, right?

<-not an uber warlock by any stretch of the imagination

Now that I have the disclaimer out of the way,

It depends in part on what you are fighting, and what your group make up is like. As Miliskel hinted at, a lot of fights simply don't last long enough to worry about debuffing. The time it takes to cast the nox debuff could be better spent casting one last nuke to finish the encounter. That said, if your party is fighting mobs with lots of hp, or (imho, more likely) mobs that are a few levels above you, than it would be better spent lowering their resists so that your spells can actually land.

More towards answering your question, though, the classes who would most likely benefit, or aid you in nox debuffs are SK, necromancer, defiler, and I believe the dirge. I'd personally trade the dirge out for a coercer, and get something like a brigand in there (also very good at lowering resists). Also, I've heard that SK wards and shammy wards aren't as friendly as we'd all like.

In all honesty, though, I'd take a paladin over an SK, since they just have to slap their aggro drain on me, and I can go crazy.

*edited for spelling errors..and I'm sure I still missed some of them*

Noxious debuffs are the most important magic resistance debuffs to get out. Every scout uses poisons; and it does upwards 10% of the dps.So if you consider that every raid has about 10 scouts on top of people who actually do noxious damage (dirge/defiler/warlock/sk), it's much more useful than magic/divine/cold/heat.
