I purchased 2 boxes of EoF from Fry's, and the codes and all worked, but one of the DVDs is flat out bad, when looking at the bottom, it looks like someone took sand paper to it.I've used the cdkey to create an account, how do i go about getting this dvd replaced.

I took the box back BB thinking it was just bad... traded it in for antoher one. Same deal, so I called customer service and they let me download the content directly from the website. Maybe give them a call and see if you can do the same?

Good luck!

NOpe because it's not a valid copy of the game anymore, the cd-key was used to create an account.

Telal wrote:
Is there not anyway to get disc that are shipped damaged replaced?

There really isno need to. Register the code for the expansion and run the patcher, it will pull down what is needed. You can copy the install from one machine to another and run it witrh no issue also.

If you really want the CD, upper right hand corner of the forum, Search the Knowledge base, then Chat support. Their hours are Mon-Fri 10 AM to 7 PM Pacific. Be aware there is a scheduled 14+ hour downtime on the login servers that will occur today, this will prevent you from getting to the chat logon

Getting it replaced is more a luxury than a need. With the code you got from inside the box, you can add the expac to your account and then when you log in to play, it'll DL all the new content automatically. It would be updating and revising files that you loaded from the DVD regardless so the DVD might save you a 15-30 minute DL is all. Also, the DVD isn't tied to the code. Use that good DVD you bought to install and save yourself the log DL and the time spent contacting CS.
