Nerf to the "Avoid Notice" AA line ?

Hi,i maxed this AA line and it went from like 3.9 times per min to something like 7.5 times (7 something, i dont remember excactly). Today i inspected the buff again and it said 5.0 times a minute ... recasted it, same proc chance. Has this been nerfed recently ?BladesCaineVenekor

Yes, it was mentioned in the update notes that they reduced the the % per rank. I don't remember exactly which update.
