Returning lvl 50 Swashy - what to do?

I left the game before the first expansion and AA's. Where should I go for exp at my level (solo or light group)? What AA's should I focus on? Which quests?

<p>You may also want to do the Steamfont quests if you have someone you can mentor to turn them in. There are about 20 of them in the level 33 - 42 range and they can be done quickly for AA if you mentor down to somewhere in the level 30's. The same goes for the EL and Zek quest lines from around the docks, easy, fast and good AA.</p>
