# of character slot questions...

Ok, I currently have the <span class="postbody">All Access</span> Pass, and have 12 slots.normal account have what, 8?Suppose I decide to drop the <span class="postbody">All Access pass, I get dropped to 8.how do I ensure that the 8 alts I want access to will be the ones that show up when I downgrade? Does it still go by which altI played last in order?I recall with the old log in screen, where you were standing bythe Tower on the Isle, you most recent played toon was at thetop of the list, and the next most recent was under it, so on and so forth.All you had to do was line them up in the order you wanted and the lower alts on the list would not be available.Is it still this way, only in reverse? Bottom to top with the top being the alt you have not played in the longest time? Do I need to have the 8toons I want to play start at the bottom of the list and go up?I really don't want to delete the ones I don't want to play right now, as I tend to go back to the All Access Pass every so often to mess around in EQ and Vanguard.</span>

Actually the base account is 7 character slots. If you cancel the Station Pass you will have access to the last 7 toons you logged onto. If you want to roll a new character you'll have to keep deleting until you get an empty slot.

Uhhh. I am pretty sure that you can still /camp <charactername> to any of the characters. (even if you can't see them on char select)

After we got the Arasai they added 1 slot to base accounts (bringing that to 7) and 2 slots to Station Access (bringing that to 12).

from what i've heard you can control what characters will be avalaible after the downgrade, namely the 7 last ones played. the other toons dont get deleted though.

<p>Twice now I have dropped access pass and both times logged the toons I wanted to keep in order right before the account ran out. Then re-upped my account as a standard account and thus had the toons I wanted left. <p>Actually, my experience in downgrading from the Station Pass to a regular account differs from what some have said in this thread.  I, like the OP, was very concerned as to what toons I would have access to after the downgrade.I wasn't sure if it would be chosen by level, alphabetically, last logged, or by some other criteria.</p><p>I had 10 characters before I downgraded:</p><p>Level 60 named YutheiaLevel 54 named LoeghLevel 47 named UdehziaLevel 34 named OsaiLevel 30 named KirohsLevel 20 named LestaukLevel 2 named PraefolLevel 2 named MufeschLevel 2 named VaemaohLevel 2 named Ghaehj</p><p>After I downgraded I had access to:</p><p>Level 60 named YutheiaLevel 54 named LoeghLevel 47 named UdehziaLevel 34 named OsaiLevel 30 named KirohsLevel 20 named LestaukLevel 2 named Ghaehj</p><p>Therefore, it seems to me that it first gave me access according to the highest level toons.  Then when it hit a tie for highest level (for the seventh slot) it then chose it alphabetically.</p><p>All I can say is this is how it worked for me.  Hope it works out for ya.</p><p>...and yes, you can still /camp <character name> to acces the ones that do not show up on your login screen.  Not sure if it's a bug or not but for now it works.</p>
