Cloak of Mischief

As far as the information I have found states, there are 3 different effects that you can get from using this cloak.30% growth, +10% dps30% shrink, -10% hategoblin illusionNow I have also encountered no effect at all when using the cloak.. thus wasting my 30 minute timer. Is this supposed to happen? I notice this happening when I use my cloak from my hotbar instead of the paperdoll. (yes the cloak was equipped)Is there a 4th effect thats - nothing?

Sometimes I do sometimes I dont. I know how to look for the buff though when casting the cloak heheBut the buff never shows up is what I am saying. Like ok when I cast it and I see the coins, I know I got the goblin illusion and then I turn on my illusions. I can also see the buff in my buff bar. But 1 in 5 times I get nothing. No buff in buff bar, nada.. but my 30 minute timer is wasted.

There is a very rare effect that sometimes buffs on the cast,  Grants 100hp 100power 3% run boost last 3 hours, called Blessing of Bristlebane. So far I've got the buff twice in all the time casting that cloak.Grindal

K so can you guys confirm that one of the effects is.. nothing.. nada? No buff? Or is this a bug? I cant really see a God Cloak giving nothing at all..

No, it doesn't... But I realized something today, I had my illusions turned off. So that is actually the Gigglegibber illusion. [Removed for Content] So I wasn't seeing me turn into a gobbo but was only seeing the shower of coins.
