I am building a couple of computers that will only see EQ2 as far as games so I am trying to see what the players use and have success with. Its hard to find benchmark comparisons that have been tested with EQ2, if you can even find them at all.Ok, some background on the computer:Case: ATXOS: Windows XPProcessor: Probably an AMD dual coreRam: Aiming for 2 GBThats all I have so far lol. I will be building this system around the video card, so holding off on Motherboard, power supply, etc until the card is purchased.I wouldnt mind getting an SLI/Crossfire if it will do well in the game; but since I am building 3 machines I only have money for 1 at a time but would like to get a 2nd down the road.I saw the 7950Gt ( I believe) on newegg for $150 how does that card do here?Off to read up on some more posts...

Tom's Hardware guide does a regular article on this very subject, giving the best card for the money at various price ranges. You can read the entire article for September here. In that article, for ~$200, the Radeon X1950XT is the best 'bang for the buck' choice.

from what i have seen on the forums here, most people who have that card have had good luck with it in EQ2, provided of course that they have a decent CPU and at minimum, 2 GB of main system memory, of course.
