New Swashbuckler Needs a Hat!

I've just created a Swashbuckler, and he is in dire need of a hat!  Yet I hear that there are no hats until 67th level.  Is this true?  Must my poor g'nome's hat hopes be dashed?  Or is there a hat somewhere awaiting him?

You heard correctly.  You cannot wear the nifty feathered hat until lvl 67.

Sorry to hijack this(it is sort of along the same lines) but is there a hood available for a swashy?  Like the hoods for rangers/assasins?

We used to be able to wear the Nemesis Hood but not anymore.  Other than that I don't know of any.

Cowl of the Trickster.  Good luck finding one, but any chain-wearer can equip it at lvl 50.
