Up till recently I've worked my Necro into a normal solo build. However, I've now begun to raid more and more with my Guild and thought it would be best to respec into a Raid Build that maxed out my dps. In the past I've mainly relied upon the Fighter pet for soloing and would like to be able to keep using him while working on some quests. However, it seems that for Raids I must now change gears towards the Mage pet. My Necro is not rich but his account is growing since he's now level 70 with 100AA's and decently geared up. I think his unbuffed Int is about 436 and I'm trying to improve on that. My Necro has only Adept 3 pet's. Currently he is not using any adornments but since I'm not changing out gear every day now I think I can start putting some on to help his situation out. You can check him out using EQ2Players if you do a search for Ratero on the Antonia Bayle server. Side notes... I'm about to complete MoA4 and GodKing quests so that should help out as well.

What I'm looking for is advice on a good dps Raid build and things I should start looking at to increase my Int.

Thank you in advance.

Ratero

What exactly does your guild raid first off...

Not being mean or anything but I wouldn't waste an adornment on much of your current gear if you can possibly get some better stuff soon. Relic is a good beginning step, so attend lots of labs and lyceum raids. Finish up the bone clasped girdle heritage, mystical orb collection (bought semi cheaply at broker) and Solusek Ro deity quest line. Grizzfazle is the better wand over the godking weapon from dps perspective but if you can do Chel'Drak sometime then the dagger of arcane rite beats griz. As for AA setups..there are numerous other posts, recent ones at that, with the complete prefered raider AA setup...basically str line with crits maxed, int line maxed, rotting line maxed, pacts line maxed, and left over points in warlock pet resists (gravecalling) and either raw stamina, raw intelligence or the wisdom line's heal.

Jasuo, I don't mind at all you asking and being frank. My Guild is will be doing GodKing shortly and were giving DeathToll a go as well. We can clear Labs and Lyceum easy enough right now.I will follow up on your gear suggestions and begin some of those quests as well.If you should have any further ideas please let me know.Take care.Ratero.
