I have no clue why. I have 2 puters. One works fine in all of EQ2. But on my 2nd puter, whenever I zone into someones room/apartment it crashes without a warning or error. THat is the only thing that happens. The rest of the game runs perfect.

Any help?

I have the same issue. I did some searching and found if you delete the folders in your Everquest II folder that are labled as cache then log back in it should work for a temp fix. However, it returns and you have to delete the files over again. It seems like I have to delete the cache files every 3-4 hours of play or before I launch the game everytime. Is there any word on a permanet fix?

Stop breaking and entering....it's against the law! Sorry, just had to throw that in here given the topic and all. How many houses have you tried? It might be something (graphic) they specifically have in their house that your system can't handle. If you have only tried a couple, its a good possibility. If you have tried a couple dozen...then it is more likely something else.

I have already done that, as well. I just stared playing the game for about a month now and had the starter apt in longshadow alley. Everything worked fine for about 2 weeks then one day for no apparent reason it crashed while loading in to the house. I thought it was just a one time thing so I reloaded and was able to get into my house. Upon leaving my house I was taken to the center of the map (inside the fountain in Longshadow). I decided to change housing location and moved to Stonestair byway. Also in the move I have lost everything in the house, Mostly starter gear so i am not worried. everything seemed fine until about a week later. The error occurred again. I moved again this time to a North Freeport 2 room apt. again fine for about a week then the same error occurred. Like I stated in my previous post I have found a quick fix for the issue and it does seem to work temporarily. I have not moved my house since but In order to ensure this does not happen while playing I will delete the Cache and logincache-us folder from my EQII folder. once I start the game those files recreate and I am able to load in. I just wish there was a more permanent fix.
