Named hunting without killing placeholders?

Well lately ive been trying to farm and seen nothing but other farmers and placeholders... well why does NOONE kill them? i was in RoV and there was a 44 SK going from room to room to forgemaster then to the rooms etc for 15 mins strait while running past forgemaster PH 10 times and all the replacements in the rooms many times then i would have to go behind him kill them etc...Then i go to FG for 2 hours i saw about 5-10 people in there at once usualy most named hunting not a single one killing placeholders exept for me... some of them would even start ignoring warlord and steelworker until they saw me run to them to kill the PH. they would just sit where chieftain spawns kill him then i would run past i kill warlord and steelworker PH then they start running between the 3 until the PH or it spawns if it is the PH they just go sit back at chieftain.why does noone at all ever kill placeholders? please if you think about it you can kill twice the names if your named hunting.

Because many don't think to kill them. And since you were killing the PH they are capitalizing on your work. I know it's frustrating but many just think .. hey i'll take the named since you are too busy running back and forth. Sad ... but true... as I said.. many but not everyone<img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Yeah but theres been a time or 2 that i havnt killed them(usualy because i have to go within next 5 mins)and well i will tlel them that they just sit there on chieftain waiting and waiting <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

At least for Varsoon i can say .. 44 is just the optimal level to kill Varsoon and the Lamia and grab 2 masters for transmuting or twinks, and often if you are on the run to him, you just check if the other nameds are up, and if so .. kill them <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
