You should get two starters super fast.

It is as I feared. I went on a blind killing spree in Thieves Byway with my lvl 35 SK, not one single chest dropped. Hope they will fix this soon.

It's weird I'm not sure but I actually did get "a broken-tipped javelin" to drop from the ring event in the stormhold maelstorm. But other items haven't been dropping at all so, it's kinda goofy.-Xarrith

Got one in Wailing Caves as well.

Edit: last night for me being about the time you posted that comment

Hmmm, maybe its a Runnyeye-only glitch. I was hunting the three keys with my boyfriend in CoD, before the hotfix we did the instance about 5 or 6 times, got us 9 chests in total.Yesterday we went back for the last large key, we did the instance 10 times, no chests at all.We did it today mentoring my alt, and there the chests were again.

Pardon the pop in but recently there was a change to quest starters being dropped on grey mobs and I have been searching for conifmration these are all quest starters or just the ones they goofed up in GU37. So my question is -

(1) Are the chest drops with quest starters on con mobs or grey mobs?

(2) Has anyone seen quest starters, specifically the books which were previously chest drops now dropping from grey mobs?

I've not seen any book quests drop, but I've been in Commonlands and Wailing Caves. Unless, perhaps, if you count the Bootstutters Guide to the Commonlands, or whatever it's called.I have gotten a ton of quest drops in both places. All came from grey-con mobs, which now can drop a wood chest with a quest starter.Quest starters also now seem to use the "smart loot" rules, meaning that if you have already gotten a drop (or perhaps just if you have already finished the quest?), you won' t get that drop again. It feels as if the way it is set up is that if you kill a mob, you have a standard chance of getting a quest drop. It then seems to roll on a quest drop table for that mob (perhaps weighted, so some are more rare than others). If you have already gotten the drop that is indicated, then nothing drops. This would explain why when I first hit Commonlands after betraying from Qeynos, I got 3-4 quest starters in quick succession, and then they have slowwed down since then. The more I get, the less chance I get of getting both the "quest starter" result AND rolling one that I haven't already recieved.--Zaar

I'm curious if anyone has gotten and FSRs. The reason I ask is because they are repeatable.

I've been looking for days and haven't seen one FSR. I know I've completed alot of them so...

Just wondering if the FSRs won't drop if you've done them, or won't drop at all since they are tagged repeatable

Yes the mobs were very grey to me. Got about a million 'Treaty for Treasure' starters in Thundering Steppes as well (yes, I just left them rotting).

Thats the only one drop I have been missing in the Freeport sewers right now. Please tell me of which mobs this dropped?
