Pretty much everything you do puts you in combat now. I can understand offensive or defensive actions...but non combat spells too? I got attacked halfway through casting call of kelethin, and suddenly i was 'in combat'...just because I was trying to call home. My timer on call also got set, so i couldnt use it for another 60 minutes. The current changes are ridiculous, and totally favour ganking over soloing. (I prefer group pvp tbh, but like to solo occasionally). We havent even had any kind of confirmation about whether the changes were intended or not...they were just put there without word, warning or explanation. Disgusting.

Would be nice to just have an answer. Intended/bug thats all. I'm a little iritated that Grim can post about taking time to work on international servers when he says that its someone else that handles them and Gnobrin can post about pirate day. Yet no one says anything about the bug/change that appeared in PVP. Why is that???

Please dont take the international thing as anything personal I dont care that he's helping you guys get things straight. I would just like an awnser to are question.

Definitely getting easier to catch small groups unaware with these little 'issues'. As a solo with Evac and tracking, I've still got my get-the-hell-outta-Dodge-free card, but it's definitely a bit more tricky. If you stumble onto a raid and don't have a scout type, well, my Warden lost his kill streak of 29. Okay, it was more like a "keep the party alive and don't die" streak, but still ... buffing after a revive shouldn't put you right back into combat. That's just plain ****ing stupid, so I'm assuming that it's not as intended. Also, the message last night at 11:00 pm that the server was going to be brought down for an hour, followed by one 15 minutes later saying it wouldn't be taken down, left me and some guildies thinking there was something they wanted to add to the last hotfix that didn't make it first time around.

Perhaps someone could take a measure of the PvP changes and release some update notes for all the other pvpers?

I've heard so far:

Stealth will now engage a player in pvp combat if another player has hate on them.

Any speed modification will now engage a player in pvp combat if another player has hate on them, this includes mounts and sprint.

Manashield will now engage a player in pvp combat (i actually think this is a long time coming).

Current changes are bugs.If they had been intended, there would have been release notes.Sometimes the major bugs are caused one one teeny change waaaaay far away. They are particularly hard to find.

While they are very likely bugs...the problem is...how long do we wait for the fixes?Anyone remember how long we waiting for the pets force people into combat fix?PvP is seriously affected by these bugs and will likely have to wait 6 months for repairs./sigh
