PVP Warlock Bracers

Another hotfix...but again..not fixing the Diabolic Cuffs(warlock set pvp gear) YAY!!!!!.../sarcasm...what a waste of my tokens..wish I would have known before I bought them

<p>Yeah its been how long since EoF came out and our PVP bracers still dont work?</p><p>Instead of fixing the enounter root proc so it actually WORKS how about changing it to an encounter snare (65% would be nice) instead? =P</p><p>Dhye 70 warlock of nagafen</p>

<p>A snare would be really nice since the the PVP bracers have been broke since they were released. Snare would be more useful for a warlock since we have encounter root without snare on termination like wizards.</p><p>At least fix them so it doesn't spam "No Targets in range" all day long. How do you make a peice of armor and release it when the proc doesn't work without testing them?</p><p>Dhye 70 Warlock</p>
