Looking for link to Food and Drinks

There was a link that I believe I saw here or probably in my travels that listed the highest duration food and drink for each tier. I can't seem to find it and I'm hoping that someone here would know what I am referring too.Thanks <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" />

For example...Food:Tier 5 Blah stew 5h 3 minsTier 6 Blah cookies 5 h 3 minsDrink:Tier 5 Blah wine 5h 3 minsTier 6 Blah fizzle pop 5h 3 minsThanks again

Reading through that .pdf I did see durations. You could make something up yourself if you wanted a reference sheet to go by.

Just checking if you had time to update your handy dandy page.  I lurves your old one and much prefer it since it's nice and compact.  Would be awesome if you had the RoK ones and the ninja changes they added for the previous tiers (like the chocolates, etc. that seemed to just pop in there with no warning).
