Cloak Recipes

I know where to find them in Qeynos and I am sure I can find them in Freeport. But where are they in Neriak? I believe I have been to all the "Tailor" vendors and they only are selling gear, not the books. I am talking the basic books. The NO-TRADE ones. Anyone know who can help point me in the correct direction?

Can''t find it, grr, must be too late.  But <a href="http://eq2.eqtraders.com/articles/article_page.php?article=g107" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Denmum's guide</a> says "the Kelethin vendor is "near the library". Have the guards find "tailor" if you have problems tracking them down."

I was asking about Neriak. I got them in East Freeport, found them there. I tried that with the guards a few times, there are a few "tailors" in Neriak. Each one didn't have them for sale.Was just wondering if they should be there in Neriak.

Yeah I was looking with my Tailor. I know the books are no trade, or I could have gotten them with my other characters, who also can see them on the merchant even though she is a Sage. I just didn't find them in Neriak.

My provi was able to see the freeport NPC with the cloak recipes so I'd imagine your class doesn't matter. Have you tried all the NPCs in Neriak Down Under? I would assume the NPC would be there. I'll have to check when I login tonight.
