EH Crafted Items Mastercrafted?

I have a saved search for all fabled, attunable items level 60 to 70 that I check periodically. Not much point now that I have a better weapon, but I still check it out of habit. Anyway, Thirneg's Thorn does not appear on that search. Somebody mentioned one was up for sale, but I couldn't find it using the above criteria! Took me a while to figure out what was restricting it. The Thorn (along with the vine-wrapped boots and I assume all other such items) is flagged as "Fabled" when you inspect it, but for the purposes of broker searching it is <b>Mastercrafted. </b>I would think this would hold back sales . . . the people looking for Mastercrafted armor/weapons vs. those looking for Fabled . . . well let's just say it's a very different set of customers with a very different budget. <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" />I don't know if this is intentional or not, hence the post. But it seems wrong.

That sounds like a UI "feature" with the broker search functionality to me, and as such, probably best raised in the appropriate forum (probably "look and feel&quot<img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  Recoding the broker is well beyond my humble abilities and could only have very bad consequences!  <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

But it seems wrong. </blockquote><p>I've never done any of the EH Fabled recipes, but I did make one Rubicite Hammer WAY back when there were tier 5 fabled recipes.  When I inspect it (it's attuned), it's Fabled, when I link it to others it shows as Mastercrafted (even though it DID show as fabled before LU24).  I'm guessing this is similar.  I'll have to ask my friend with the Folded Scale Blade to link his, and see if it shows as Fabled or Mastercrafted as an aside.</p>

But it seems wrong. </blockquote>Ya I think that is what he means. The item is fabled but on broker its not coming up on fabled searches, but it is coming up on mastercrafted search.

I just want the #$%!#@$ recipe.  A ranger friend and I have been looking for a copy of it for ages.  By now he'd even settle for hideously expensive.
