Carnivorous Plant...

I've been a part of the Eq2 environment for about a year, and since the beginning, I have noticed that no matter how many characters I create of different names, servers, or class, I can never seem to get a carnivorous plant using /claim. I have the KoS expansion, and it says that I get 1 per character, yet it always says that I've already claimed the reward when I haven't.Any ideas on why this isn't working?

<p>I had a nightmate of a time getting mine too. </p><p>They were only granted if you got the KoS expansion retail. Might that be the problem?</p><p>Though, I'm a European, and got mine digital download as it was stated Europeans would get the plant that way and not need retail. I guess to support the Euro customers where such games are less well supported in games stores. Regardless, it never gave me my plant. Petitions were worse than useless, as they evidently didn't read them. After four or five attempts I got "lucky" with a competent reader, but sugegsted I contact "billing", a Us phone number was supplied, hardly useful to a Euro. So I figured buggrit, I'd go without and chalk it up to the ineptness of others. But it did mean that no matter what I read, I'd buy EoF retail. Took me hours of traipsing about, but getting that retail granted me the retail rewards for the other content upon the discs, monkey and carnivorous plant. Nice to have a happy ending eh.</p><p>Anyway, might the problem also be that you have claimed it, but haven't done with it what you have to? I seem to recall it started a quest. You had an egg, and needed to visit the pet shop for an egg warmer. Or was that the other KoS claim item? <p>The carnivorous plant is one per account, not one per character.  Just double checked on my /claim list in game.  </p>

Ahh, okay, thanks for that <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> Although I could have sworn that it changed to the amount total at least a few days ago, as I checked it last week and it was 1 per character. Its sort of disappointing, I guess someone else in my family claimed it when we first got it <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> I so wanted free items to appear out of dirt from bones and water <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

The plant you are thinking of is probably the bonsai plant from Fallen Dynasty?  That was one per character.

A what plant? :/ I don't have Fallen Dynasty, so I don't think so, I'm pretty sure they recently changed the words on it, thats all. Is there any way I can see what character took it?
