<p>I was wondering If I for example have an  brigrand and want to switch to a  swashbuckler is that possible? Also Is there a certain level when I can't switch and am stuck with that class? thanks.</p>

Betrayal can be done at any stage, and yes, brigand becomes Swashy once betrayal complete, just be aware that all your skills will revert to apprentice 1 quality, but even at app 1, you will be better than any filthy stinking smelly brigand
