DC'd after Transmuting

After I transmute an object in my inventory all my buttons become unusable and clicking on anything has no effect.  After a few moments I will disconnect from the server.  So long as I don't transmute, no disconnect - but as soon as I do - DC'd.  Any thoughts or ideas as to why?

I am having this exact same problem, complete with the delayed disconnect after buttons become unusable. I logged onto the forum just to see if there were any fixes for it. I probably disconnected six times last night trying to level a transmuter. At first I thought it was because the tradeskill instance was so crowded and went outside to transmute with the same thing happening. Then I turned down my graphics settings to the minimum and still had it happen. Any ideas?
