<p>Can someone tell me how to respec after LU38.  I have a 28L carpenter in Freeport that I want to respec.  I've been to the trade coordinator who wants to give me a task gathering raws.  I've been to the Isle of Mara and the person there wants tools that I don't have or know where to get them.  Thanks for any help.</p>
