Some races arent showing

Please help!Ive just bought the game and im dying to play.. but when i try to create a character, there are 3 races im unable to see: Froglok, Iknar and wood elf. They simply arent showing when i click them. I can choose them and create the character and all.. but never see them, theyre invisible to me. Its the same thing once i get in the game (i thought it was sad that i couldnt design them but if i could randomize and then see them ingame that would be okay) but i cant see them in game, im able to run around, take quests kill creatures etc. but my character remains invisible. PLEASE HELP! how do i get the game to show me the 3 races? the other races displays just fine.Thanks in advance -

I had the same problem. From launchpad select region 'English(US)' and accept. You will now download the correct files from the US game. Once finished restart and go back to English (UK). Hope this will solve your problem.
