Hair textures not showing up?

not sure if this is the right place to post this but i have like 8 hair options in the character creation screen that doesnt show up. It just shows a white frame where the mesh should be. Any reason to this? I just got the regular EQ II no adv packs or ex packs.

Choose Dowload Immediately or Download while I play as you like. I think you'll need the Additional Live Game Content if you want to go to Darklight Wood or Neriak also.The alternate character (SOGA) style hair models were added to human males recently in <a rel="nofollow" href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=374467" target="_blank">GU #37</a>. Yes, it helped, thanks a ton....cuz i liked the hair style i picked......i think... ill tell ya when i get the mesh lol.

Better that than being a bald Erudite. Can't figger what ever possessed me to play a toon that's BALD. Not to mention that bronze skin. (If I'da known then what I know now... Sigh!)Been to the barber once already but not a whole lot of change.
