freeport militia faction question

Im just wondering if there is a faster way to build faction with freeport militia other than doing the same dam writ over and over and over and over. It seems like there should be some way to do it faster. Am I outta luck, or iss there a faster way?

Theres a couple of quests in the newbie zones that have faction attached to them (possibly the Ruins for the militia ones), but they are not repeatable. But the main way to get it is doing the writs over and over and over, not really any other way.
