Just curious as to what the best UI would be for a raiding guardian. If anyone you could post the UI you use please =)

aye, I use profitUI and havent' regreted it yet, there really isn't a "ideal" ui for a guardi due to nothing is relaly needed to enhance your guardi just skill. but a good ui go profitui

I've tried several. My favorites have been Fetish and Profit. Like your other two responders I prefer Profit.

I like my default UI. Mostly because I don't have to mess with it everytime someone coughs at SOE. Here it is:

Yeah I dislike having to update all the time.

The only thing default ui doesn't have that I really want is a percentage hp indicator on target display. One thing I'd like also is a larger self hp bar but it's not essential.

One useful tip for tanks is to have target of target completely opaque and just off center of your screen (ie somewhere that you will notice it if it suddenly appears. When/if you lose aggro you instantly know it's on someone else and who that person is. along with having a massive Arrow on target of target you can make sure you know exactly where the mob wants to go!

I just mix and match each piece I do not like from the stock UI. This works well then if one of them doesn't work after an update I just remove it until a new one comes out. Mixing them up is the best way to get everything you want instead of downloading a whole package. Target, implied target, Experience Bars, Inventory, eqmap, bags, player window, hotbars, compass, raid window and clock are the pieces I have that aren't stock.

This is my custom one. Bits and pieces from a bunch of UIs. Only screenie I have with the raid window up, so it's a bit out of date.

ACT (advanced combat tracker) is the standard most people use. When set up properly, it writes each fight to your word clipboard and you can Alt+V the parse to your chat screen. If you have a good enough machine to run well in windowed mode there's also a mini window to show your current parses. Here's a link to the download: http://home.maine.rr.com/eqaditu/ACT/

Profit, easily Profit. I can't stand UIs that take up the "wrong" part of the screen, or excessive amounts of the screen. Plus it has an excellent HUD, especially at higher resolutions. They just added an auto-updater program for Profit too, so that everything stays up-to-date; run it before you patch EQ2 and you're set.
