<p>I'm really a sucker for for runspeed.</p><p>Which classes (through spells, AA's, and racial traits; but not potions) can achieve an out-of-combat runspeed of at least 40%?</p>

<p>My Kerra Fury is at 50% with out Pact of the Cheetah.</p><p>Fury Animalism Line - 5 points Peerless Predator = 35%</p><p>Druid WIS Line - 8 points Hierophants Movement = 10% <--- 4/4/8 in the WIS line to get this</p><p>Kerra Racial run speed bonus = 5%</p><p>Total run speed as displayed on my persona page = 50%</p><p>Pact of the Cheetah at APP IV = additional 44% that stacks with my 50%</p><p>Total possible with APP IV PotC = 94% for 36 seconds every 5 minutes.</p><p>Then Sprint stacks with all of that as well... never bothered to try it and see what the speed is though.</p><p>My friends think I'm nuts for "wasting" so many AA into run speed... they say the mobs can just wait an extra 20 seconds for them to reach them and kill them.  They say I do the mobs a disservice by shortening their life spans <img src="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/images/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" /></p><p><shrugs> Meh... I'm a sucker for run speed too... Well considering you'll either be riding outdoors on a mount or slowly crawling through an instance, I personally don't see a need to run fast.

My 66 bard can get 88% with Selo's, Droag Swill, and J-Boots <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  Too bad Droag Swill is a one-time quest.

Fae warden, (or Arasai).  Racial+SoW+AA+Jboots = 60% run speed.

<p>I know that I get over 50% with my Warden.  </p><p>Yea, it helps to get to the Griffon Tower or Horse guy pretty fast.  Instead of 10 secs, it takes 2 secs.</p><p>Of course, in PvP, it makes all the difference in the world.</p>

<p>Just to clarify, IIRC Fury Peerless Predator AA and SoW do stack but ONLY on a PvP server... on PvE servers they do NOT stack.</p><p>Not sure why that's the case, and being a PvE'er I'm a bit jealous of course, but <shrugs>, let 'em have their fun... I dont play on pve so I didnt know it wont stack on that ruleset. We've had a fwe different threads in the pvp forums where fury runspeed have been debated thoughroughly. And since the OP did not specify ruleset, or race, I took the liberty of using the pvp ruleset and the bug races for my 90%. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> Also, with JBoots, KoS, EoF and a warden sow, furies hit 100% on pvp servers easily, but alas, 'tis not self cast if you do it that way. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<p>Fury - 35% Peerless Predator + 10% Jboots + 5% racial = 50% total</p><p>Warden - 45% SoW AA + 10% Jboots + 5% racial = 60% total</p><p>Mystic - 40% SoW AA + 10% Jboots + 5% racial = 55% total</p><p>Bard - Not entirely sure off the top of my head but i think its like 42% Selo's (not sure if thats with AA or not) + 10% Jboots + 5% racial = 57% total</p><p>Defiler - 20% SoW + 10% Jboots + 5% racial = 35% total</p><p>Swashy/Brig - 26% Pathfinding+AA + 10% Jboots + 5% racial = 41% total</p><p>Ranger - From what people say about 65% total</p><p>Assasin - Guessing about the same as Swashy/Brig, but don't know</p><p>Monk - I know they get an increase to Sprint by like 50% i think so they can sprint for 90% (of course that is short term)</p><p>And all of these can get an extra 40% boost from the Droag Swill or Birthday Vodka.  So for me it looks like the Ranger or the Warden would be the Fastest out of all of these classes.  Hope this helps.</p>

I believe the fastest class has to be rangerAA+Jboot is 65%, with 5% racial it is 70% permanent run speedThat is achieved without any buffs from other class or items.
