Chat support times?

Ok I am so confused....I go to chat support...says hours of operation are 7am-7pm....I go through the whole thing and click submit and get a message that states that tech support is closed and does not open till 10am....um whats the correct time?

I know that they need to correct the mis-information on the Chat site itself but the Knowledge Base has the correct times, which are 10am-7pm PST.Only SWG is 7-7.
