Is The "Gameplay Discussion" Forum the LoN Forum?

<p>It's right up there at the top and center of the page so you can't miss it: </p><p>                                                     <a rel="nofollow" href="http://forums.station.sony.com/strategygames/forums/list.m?category_id=7" target="_blank">Legends of Norrath Forums</a></p><p>Yet this forum has become lousy with posts about that insipid game and the administrators do nothing about it.  Just goes to show that the rules are "flexible" when the trend suits SOE interests, which in this case are to promote their new gambling addiction inducing cash cow to the hilt.</p>

Discussions about the elements of LoN specific to EQ2 gameplay like booster pack drop rates and LoN items are appropriate for the EQ2 forums. Discussions about LoN strategies, cards, and technical issues with the client and so on are and have been kept to the LoN forums. The rules about what gets posted in here have been flexible, and posts that likely should fall in a sub forum are often left here without issue. Some, espeically those which really belong in the NGD or technical forums are moved, but threads about quests, items, zones, combat and the like are usually kept here.

As stated already, there are some Legends of Norrath topics that are entirely appropriate for the EverQuest II forums and as a sub-forum has not been defined for it, this forum seems to be a good fit.There are some Legends of Norrath topics, however, that are better for the <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/strategygames/forums/list.m?category_id=7" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Legends of Norrath forums</a> such as discussion of strategy, trading, issues with LoN gameplay, etc.  If you see something along those lines here, feel free to use the "Report this post to a moderator" and we will look into it.  I previously have closed a couple of threads like this myself.I will be closing this thread as the Gameplay Discussion Forum is intended for EverQuest II gameplay issues lacking a dedicated forum.  Discussion about how the forums operate is better left for the <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/forums/show.m?forum_id=2598" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Forum Help and Discussion</a> Forum. <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" />
