If you are saying that you get to a certain faction number (say 10,000) and do nothing else to annoy them: 1. do quests for other side 2. turn in coin coins to the other people or 3. kill coin guards and yet your faction is somehow gonig lower then it would sound like a bug. Faction should only go up if you're questing htrough it properly.

I maybe wrong, but I think the court factions start negative, once you get to zero you will have to build it up to 10,000 positive faction to get out of indifferent.

true but you don't want to get coin tokens and give them to (for example) the Blades guy. I should have worded it " Coin" coins

Everyone starts out with below Zero Court Status so they can NEVER gain full favor with one court(and theirfor complete those quests) without being KoS to the other courts.

Halanna wrote:

Yikes! Sorry for taking everyones time.

LOL. Don't be sorry. That is one of the reasons we have forums, and believe it or not, quite a few people actually take pleasure in helping others. For someone inexperienced with the faction system it was a perfectly valid question. Look at it this way....at least now you won't look at your bar and go "oooh I am at 50000 with <opposing city>, they shouldn't kill me if I try to wander in."

Good luck on your Coin faction, and remember that once you get inside there are quests you can do that will eventually lead to a "Vindicator of the Coin" title.
