Wheres the Technical Forums? Help Needed!

I am running a 2.4ghz Quad Core, 8800gts 640mb, 4gb RAM and Windows Vista 32bit - when I install EQ2 (from the desert of flames pack) and go to run the launcher, i get an error and the whole thing shuts down (the game, not comp) I play all other sony games with no dramas - how can I get around this? Same thing happen to anyone else? Please Help!
