Where do i get trained for tier 3 sage?

There's no training...  once you declare your subclass at 20, that's it.  Are you looking for your new tradeksill Arts?  They're in your Knowledge Book, they drop in automatically (although there's nothing to tell you that).

he probably means where are the recipe books... there are npc in the crafting areas hat sell them up to lvl 29... is there an npc for the 30+ books? i was wondering the same thing
