pretty sure this is a yes ... you have to be in a guild of a certain lvl to BUY a house, but it says nothing after that.

Yes you still keep everything as the previous poster said, you only need the guild level to buy the house.

To take this even further... I bought a 3-room, switched to a new server (from European to US) and new guild, with no housing issues at all.
