I work at a hotel and often times I work the Night Audit (re: Graveyard shift) and as a result, generally have plenty of spare time on my hands. So, one would think that I could simply go and click on the link to chat with guildies while I kill some time here at work, but unfortunately, after I sign in at the EQ2Players site then click on whichever player I want to "Chat with Guild" as, it will load up the screen to chat, then I'll get an error message on the screen where the chat would appear with a box that says:

:: Undefined ::

Not Authenticated (not logged in, client

may have timed out). Please log in using

your Station Account.

(then 2 buttons under it saying)

Undefined          Undefined

Upon hovering the mouse over each button they read:

Please click to activate and use this control.

When I do that, it simply takes me to the Sony Help area.

Any thoughts as to what's going on here?

Actually, I've been reading about more and more folks having this very VERY same problem at their own homes. So it's less and less likely any Firewall restrictions.

It is part of EQPLayers, it is part of the EQ2Players Advanced Guild Tools that you have to pay for, the ones in my guild that where having issues with it did ntot pay for the premium services on eq2players
