Rylana, ornate dagger, and Opal Darkbriar....

<p>Has anyone turned up any new info about this whole spinoff of the SoD series yet?  I did the investigation quest in Longshadow Alley and found Rylana's corpse in Nektulos Forest and got the Ornate Dagger, but I haven't seen or heard anything new about this in a couple of months now. </p>

Rylana's corpse? Ornate dagger?I also did the Longshadow Alley one but I never knew it continued into Nek?I do know Opal Darkbrier was captured by the militia. She's currently in a cell in the Militiahouse Prison.

Vhalen dropped a hint in the history and lore boards that in the near future he is involved in implementing 2 new lore quests. One of these it would be easy to assume would be the continuation of the Rylana story arc. The storyline may have been back benched thanks to RoK related work. But back to topic I'd still hang onto that dagger as it should be hopefully getting continued soon.

Will there be a method for those of us not having seen the first step that led to dagger catch up?

It seems all is not lost for us yet, Mystfit <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />Rylana was that "coalition housing inspector" we followed in Longshadow Alley, and currently her corpse lies in one of the Bear Caves in Nek forest, the eastern most one iirc. You can investigate the ornamental dagger that's lying next to her, but apparently only if you did the Case of the Curious etc...Whether there acctually was a clue leading from that quest to the corpse that you and I, I do not know.
