Master 2 ability

I'm fairly new to EQ2 so I was wondering if anyone had some advice on what Shadowknight skill to advance to Master 2 at level 14? I'm not sure what Master 1 skills are cheaper than others.

Infernal Blessing.  This is your Lifetap Heal.  Your bread and butter of survival. Always keep your lifetaps up at Master level.

Well, life taps such as Infernal blessing and life tap is very important to get the best upgrade you can afford. However, I also recommend geting at least Adept III for spells that increase threat if you are going to tank.
