10dps adorns not stacking

<p>My character on Nagafen has 32 base dps, partly from 2 10dps adorns. After testcopy, it has 22. Do the adorns not stack now? Or is this a bug?</p><p>If not... er, can I have my transmuted stuff back? <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

along these lines has anyone seen if say a +3 In-Combat Power regen per tick bonus stacks with another +3 In-Combat Power regen per tick for +6. Flowing Thought didn't stack and I'm wondering if the conversion has brought this annoying "feature" along with it or if we can freely improve our regen without this worry.
