Suggestion for additional options added to broker advanced search

<p>Particularly related to recent updates on the test servers, I feel that the community would love the following new selections added to the "Special" drop-down selection list when doing an advanced search on the broker:</p><p>spell amountheal amountIn-Combat Power Regeneration Per TickIn-Combat Health Regeneration Per Tick</p>

 i like to also see such options ashaste moddps mobIt is a royal pain in the .... to search for a haste item if you dont already know the name. Try looking at 30 pages or more of items for your level to see if theres a haste mod or dps mod on the item

<p>Honestly I would like to see a NOT selection, like a checkbox or complete seperate dropdown.   For example, if I am looking for items for my wrist slot, I would like to be able to say NOT adornments but still have both leather and chain show up (ie not selecting leather armor from the menu).  </p><p>Also with the upcoming changes, it might not hurt to have a ~no stats~ option which would show items without stats but could be used for appearance.</p><p>Just my two copper.</p>

May as well add my two cents , being able to search for more then one stat at a time would be a great addition as well

Then you would be able to sort by oldest item to see what's not selling.

id like to see a light shield/heavy shield filtering method, personally. i get miffed by searching for shield upgrades for my SK and seeing piles of bucklers and round shields

I'd happily accept all the bad changes in the recent test update if they'd add this option.Oh and maybe boolean expressions to searches like NOT, AND, OR.
