My main character is a paladin, and my girlfriend plays a warlock. I plan on getting a second account for myself to dual box with, and was in need of advice on what to get as far as a healer type to have on follow, I know the Fury has ALOT of buffs, which would be better given the group situation a warden or a templar, and why?

I would suggest a fury for your situation over any healer, for one they buff INT which will help raise both your dmg since they are INT based and fury's buff INT very high, fury's have quick heals which is nice when dual boxing and you don't have to constantly worry about keeping wards and reactives up.

:::takes the alcohol and the computer away from Skively::::

A Templar healing a paladin is kind of overkill for most situations, IMO - and if a mage type is getting hit, a Templar (IMO) is not the best choice to save them in a 2 boxing environment.I agree with the Fury choice 2 boxing. STR and INT buffs are really good for both Paladin and Warlock, and the Paladin could conceiveably do a lot of the healing needed - depending on what mobs you were trying to kill.

I'd vote Fury for this one - Warden isn't the best match, but is possible. Templar has nice buffs. Another thought: Many mageish friends I have healed for, when I ask "you guys want the Warden or the Defiler?"...to my surprise say "THE DEFILER" loudly. I never understood that. From having played Warden, Templar and Defiler - Warden (or druid) by far has an easier time of spot healing or bringing a wounded cloth wearer quickly back to health. What I gathered, though, was: it was the HP buff and the wards that prevented them from getting hit in the first place ...that was valued.

Just another idea for your group. If I were doing it (and I can barely ONE box a toon, let alone 2..) I'd pick FUry.

Would you not be better with a Shaman for a boxed healer?

A Shaman should just hit Ward before combat, then maybe group Ward afterwards - just 2 keystrokes. A Cleric would have to recast every 5 hits and a Druid as and when. It just seems like a Shaman would be less work to box but I may be totally wrong .....
