<p>Has Coercive Healing been ninja nerfed? (15%?)</p><p>I remember it being 25% but have not played for a month...if this is true, this is it for my coercer.</p><p>If this is true, my question to those in power is how many times must you kick a dead dog until you are satisified it is dead?</p>

<p>disregard that..my friend was showing me his illusionist which has a - 20-25% timer reduction for spells.  THat's what prob threw me off.</p>

No, it hasn't been nerfed.  This skill was changed in recent LU. The target healer won't need to spend additional 10 % power in using this buff now.
