I myself increase intelligence, stamina, raw hp, power, agility, wisdom....strength in that order of importance. I've never been without strength to carry what I need and I am a raiding officer and carry a ton of crap on me to give out to the idiot members who forget what items are needed for the different encounters, so I never worry if a particular piece of gear has strength on it or not. Resists have been made pretty worthless in this game...like mitigation, it all comes down to high amounts of hp to absorb the hits and for heroic crap avoidance boosting, I've even tanked raid mobs by having higher avoidance...not resists. Power is pretty much an understood thing, we're batteries, though having a higher pool makes leaving bloodpact on full time a very doable thing.

That's from end game perspective, I do have a baby necro (mostly for testing the other AA lines that I would never take as a raider) because I love the class so much and I equip it much the same way...though mostly INT, STA and AGI in that order.

I would say the same, INT, STA, HP, MP (power has never been an issue for my Necro ).

I may be mistaken, but doesn't wisdom increase your power pool... if this is so, why do you all put wisdom so far down on the list of importance. I am new to the game, I would appreciate your info on this...

Wisdom affects the power pool for priest classes. Mages use INT for their power pool. Wisdom for us just affects our resists.

What the above posters said: INT, STA, HP, Power, in that order.INT not only affects your Power pool, but your spell damage. The more INT, the more damage you do. The more damage you do, the faster things die.STA affects your HP. The higher your STA, the higher your HP. Unlike many casters, you need a high amount of HP, since many of your spells use HP instead of Power.HP also affects your HP. However since STA is on a diminishing returns curve, and this is direct, a high HP item will often grant more HP than a high STA item.Power directly affects your power pool. As a necro though, I wouldn't trade a high Power stat for INT.

I keep finding different answers on these official and unofficial forums. Also what is the formula to determine how much extra damage that you'll do based on your INT?
