Yep, and it has the added advantage of being power efficient. It might not be a bad idea to roll a class you might want to play later though.

Yes. For example, I have a level 53 fury who is a level 70 alchemist. As far as I know, the only trade skills that are restricted by level (the highest of ADV or TS) are tinkering and transmuting.

Dang, the secret is out, don't nerf it devs! Yes, you can have a level 1 adventure and level 70 crafting. As mentioned, power pool and power recovery is uber. My level 4 berserker (level is only that high because back then there were certain requirements you had to do, which gave me too much xp and leveled me) has a power pool of 30. A tier 1 drink is 15 per tick. A tier 1 totem is 12 per tick. Since they stack, that's 27 per tick, not even including base regen. Having a really low level and naked character basically gives you an infinite power pool to use your power costing crafting buffs as often as you want, even the really expensive ones that cost 20%. (LOL at the d-word being filtered out...)

My ranger has a lvl 21 adv lvl and is a level 60 provie, I have never had an issue with power r, I tend to favor the durability buff that use power and hit my progress buffs when I am in a hurry and only have drink and food when adventuring. The biggest annoyance is getting the lvl 50 and 60 trade skill books, but this is going to change soon.

If you ever start leveling your adventure class, do not forget you can mentor back down to level 1 for power consevation.
