Crash Error "GameScene.cpp 4032"

<p>Today my brother and I were playing, and suddenly his character could not interact with any of the enviroment.  Standing on the nektulos docks, he fell through the boat.  He tried to relog several times, but it just would not work.  Even camping to desktop did nothing.  None of his other characters were affected.  They all played nomrally.  Then the last time he tried to log in, the game would not load, and gave him an Error.   GameScene.cpp 4032 "Please run full scan"</p><p> He ran full file scans twice to no avail.</p><p>Any suggestions?</p>

I had a temporary fix I guess.  I logged onto his account for him, and moved his character back to Freeport.  He could not load Butcherblock at all, but now he can log in just fine while in freeport.
