Wis swash gettin the stick

So wen the new update comes and they make all dual wield's 1h'ers is the wis line done. Wont this get rid of the slightly less dmg range they get. i realize they prolly will still miss more etc. I love the wis line, just hope we dont get [I can't control my vocabulary]..

using 2 one handers increases the delay on both weapons by 30%, WIS line still gonna be my choice

<p>Both primary and secondary will take a 33% hit to delay when dual wielding to compensate for the increased damage. This will be more beneficial to both lines than detrimental by opening a wider range of weaponry to use.</p><p>EDIT: Fixed grammar.</p>
