New LON Avatar portraits, please!

<p>The default LON portraits are... not so good. Come on, most of them are the "good races" and even those are limited to a "less than two but more than zero" selection of illustrations.</p><p> At the very least, we need a portrait for each race. Iksar, Froglok, Ratonga, Troll, Fae, so on and so forth.</p>

Give the artists some time. They forgot to include the Monk class into the fighter deck, but I can wait.
