heh I've had that for several months on one of my toons and have yet to figure out what it's for.  I assume it's for a quest but I have no idea which one.  Would love to find out if anyone knows.

It will spawn a name. Apparently, this is also some rare ring that will never be done. Collect all the mouthpeices for each tower, spawn all three names - so they are all up at the same time. The mouthpeices can drop off anything in all of Faydwer, and are super rare enough as is. supposedly, a bunch of named dwarf ghosts spawn when you start the event. They get attacked by gnoll ghosts or something. I don't know. I've only heard.</p>
