crawler queen venom?

I killed the Crawler Queen in Varsoon and she dropped something called Crawler Queen Venom. Is this just vendor trash or is it used in alchemy or something?

Upon examining it it just states "crawler queen venom" Nothing more. It's worth 7c to a vendor like a collection but it isn't one.
