I looted a scroll/item that says I can summon a Zygomyd, but it doesn't show up in my inv or via /claim. Where'd it go lol?

You know the knowledge book that lists all spells and combat arts? It will be listed under the first button or tab. I think it's called general or something like that, which is where things like sprint and yelling for help are listed.

As Xasdf, it's automatically scribed when you click the accept reward button.  It's in your knowledge book on the abilities tab.
