Did you recently restart the game and have this problem? Or did it randomly happen one day while playing?

I have been off line for a while now , And just before I got back in I reformatted the HDD and I had a different problem

But I finally got into the game But the sound was messed up "It sounded like an echo" When my toon stopped the sound went a bit longer.

So I figured it was a corrupted Sound driver and I uninstalled it then reinstalled it that is when this happened .

1. not sure windowes 98 is supported anymore

2. your video driver is 5 years out of date, it needs to be upgrade

3. your sound card driver is 7 years out of date, it needs to be upgraded

Frankly will be surprised if you can get the game to run stable and perrform adequently on that configuration

It seems several people are experiencing this error over the last couple of days. I'm trying to collect some more information so that we can figure out how to correct it. Please post your information in the following thread if the issue persists:

http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...18

I posted in the other thread as well but that was still a month ago. Has anything been resolved on this? I'm really a bit annoyed.
