'...but mayor...evil...' -- 'if you...I'm leaving...'

These two sentences I got when I was in Windstalker Mill (big house, with the wheel, by the water).The first sentence I got when entering (either the hut or steppnig onto the wooden walkway of the building) and the other....I think either as I was leaving or leaving the village itself (I only noticed the second sentence as I was leaving.So. My curiousity is peaked. Who is whispering these words?And no, no voices, it appeared written in my main chat window. And no clue as to who spoke them.Anyone know what they mean?

Go into the main building. You only hear "parts" of the dialogue that the citizens are saying upstairs at Windstalker Village. I never figured out if there was a quest involved there.

There is a quest that explains those cryptic phrases you hear, but not sure if its still in-game, been a while since I did that one.

The Windstalker conversation ties into a quest in Vermin's Snye. I'll have to dig the details back up, but I think Eitoa out in Antonica is the starter for it.

<p>Aye - this is the "stopping the Bloodsabers" quest line.  There are about 4 quests to it I believe but the ending is sort of, anti-climatic.  After you stop the Bloodsaber courier near the mendor in Antonica, you return to Captain Eitoa for a paltry reward and she tells you to return to someone (sorry - i forgot) and inform him of what happened - but it isn't a quest.  I wasn't paying REAL good attention to this at the time and thought he was referring me back to one of the wizzies in the Tower (SQ) - but there is no follow up on it.</p><p>The good news is that you get to kill Raison  : )  (sp?) in Windstalker village.  I hate that guy.  Now if we could only fnd a quest that lets me feed that damned snot-nosed little rug-rat in QH to a group of gnolls.....</p>
